1. What are the Check-in times? 3. Is it possible to do a late check-in? No, the property does not do check-in outside the hours of 14:00/20:00 with at least 24 hours notice of the chosen time slot, a member of staff will wait for the arrival of the guests for bureaucratic issues and delivery of the magnetic card.
4. What time is Check-out? Check-out is scheduled in the morning by 10:30.

6. Is breakfast included in the rate? Yes, every morning from 7:00 to 10:00 we serve an Italian breakfast in agreement with the Bar Miramare by showing the voucher given at check-in you have the right to choose a drink (1) and a dessert (1) see the menu in the rooms.
7. Is a daily cleaning service included? Yes, we will clean the rooms daily between 10:15 and 11:30. After this time the service is not available.

10. Is there an elevator? Yes, there is an elevator to reach us on the first floor (B&B Palazzo Pinto) up to the third floor (B&B Palazzo Pinto 2).
11. Are there stairs to climb before reaching the B&B? Yes, there are some steps before reaching the elevator on the ground floor. We are sorry but we do not have access for disabled people. Both at B&B Palazzo Pinto and B&B Palazzo Pinto 2 there is a step to reach the room area.
12. Are air conditioning and heating paid separately? No, they are already included in the room rate and can be activated depending on the period of the overnight stay, for example we activate the central heating in the winter period and the air conditioning for the summer period.
13. Do you have to return the key to the reception every time you leave? No, the key must be returned only at check-out, leaving it where the staff showed you during check-in. The loss of the magnetic card is quantified with a penalty of 10 euros.
14. How much is the tourist tax? Is it included in the rate or must it be paid separately in cash or by credit card? The tourist tax is not included in the room rate, please pay it on arrival possibly in cash: € 1.50 per person per night up to a maximum of 5 nights, children under 14 years old will be exempt.
15. Do you have a parking lot? If you arrive by car and need to park it, we have an agreement with a nearby guarded parking lot in Via Mazzini, 109, please contact Mr. Franco for car or motorbike reservations at +39 333-4097930 the rates start from 15 euros per day for motorbikes, 20 euros per day for medium-small cars, 25 euros for large cars SUV station-wagon, for any information on parking rates contact Mr. Franco.
